…the countdown is on! SongStudio 2015 promises to be an amazing workshop for everyone, whether you are an experienced songwriter or just starting out.

Dan Hill (bio) as Creative Director

The introduction of Grammy Award winning songwriter and performer Dan Hill as our new Creative Director.

Shari Ulrich (bio) is Back

The long-awaited return of Juno Award winning songwriter, Shari Ulrich, who was last part of the faculty when we were still at Humber College in 2008.

Amanda WaltherAmanda Walther (bio) from Dala

The addition of Amanda Walther (http://www.dalagirls.com/) as guest faculty.

A special afternoon session in Vocal Training & Technique by renowned Ottawa vocal coach, Kim Kaskiew.

Industry Day with Bob Roper

The return of Music Industry veteran, and Harris Institute V.P., Bob Roper to lead Thursday’s ‘Industry Day’ and song critiquing session.

  • And of course, the week finishes off with the Thursday night Student Showcase at Hugh’s Room……where participants will have the opportunity to perform their newly written original material backed by an all-star band, led by legendary guitarist, Rik Emmett (bio).
