SongStudio Goes Online!

We are excited to announce that SongStudio 2020 will be presented online!

COVID-19 has us staying home and keeping social distance, and that means we cannot offer SongStudio 2020 in-person in Toronto.

Our planning team is preparing the workshop to use online meeting tools, to deliver the best SongStudio workshop ever, directly into your home!

The dates for the workshop will not change – still the week of July 18-24.  The sessions will focus on the same great mentoring, face-time and instruction that we’re known for.  And now – you can stay in your pajamas!

Visit our Frequently Asked Questions section to see how things will change, and Contact Us directly with any questions you have.  We sincerely hope to see you online at SongStudio 2020!

The SongStudio team.

Opportunities to Hear & Perform New Songs

Each evening during SongStudio, there are opportunities to perform, listen to other songwriters and socialize. Events include a Mentor Showcase on Saturday, many open mics, and a SongStudio participant showcase on the Thursday night.

***Since SongStudio 2020 is being held online, things will be a little different, but there will be plenty of opportunities to perform and head music.

Our Community of Songwriters

Something else happens at our workshops. Some might call it networking. We prefer to think of it as making friends. Many of the friendships made at our past workshops will be for life. So often, songwriting is a solitary art. When the experience can be shared, a community builds. This is a beautiful thing.
